Lisa Dupar and Pomegranate Bistro in Redmond are partnering with 425 magazine in a delectable pie contest. Send your favorite holiday pie recipe (be creative!) to info@duparandcompany.com by Nov. 6 at 5pm with the subject line:
425 Magazine Pie Contest.
Dupar and her head pastry chef will select their favorite recipe, which she will blog about on her website with pictures of her pie made from the favorite recipe just before Thanksgiving. The winner will be announced on Nov. 9. The winner will be able to select a prize of either two tickets to the third “Turkey Day Boot Camp” class series “Pies, Pies, Pies…” on Nov.13th from 6:30 – 8:30pm where they will learn how to make five of Lisa’s most popular pies (and sample each!) or they can to pick up three fresh-baked pies from Pomegranate Bistro on Thanksgiving morning to make their holiday dinner a little sweeter.
