Throughout February, Savor Seattle, a local company that provides guided food walking tours and events, is putting together a feast of puzzles. Every day this month, Savor Seattle with put out a puzzle for clever feasters to solve. The first individual or team to solve the puzzle will get a prize — a gift card to a local foodie hot spot. What’s great about this scavenger/puzzle extravaganza is that everyone who participates and solves the daily puzzle gets a little something. “Our partners have gone above and beyond and will offer everyone who solves the daily puzzles correctly something special,” said Angela Shen, founder of Savor Seattle.
The grand prize for this ultimate foodie scavenger hunt is dinner for two at every Tom Douglas restaurant, a $1,000 value.
Here are some additional details from Savor Seattle:
- There is no cost to play. One puzzle/clue will be released per day for the entire month of February (dark on Sundays).
- Each day’s puzzle will vary in degree of difficulty and type, which could include: crosswords, word finds, logic games, and riddles.
- Prizes for each day will correlate to puzzle difficulty, with a minimum value of $25 and anywhere up to $200. Daily prizes add up to a total package of more than $1,000.
- In addition to winning a prize for solving a given puzzle, hunt winners will receive an entry into a drawing for the top prize – a unique culinary tour for two through Tom Douglasville.
