Girl Power Hour invites you to Fit & Fabulous, a networking event for urban hip professional women looking to expand their business and social circles in a stylish way. Join us at Flywheel Fitness to get familiar with all things “Fit” at the hottest fitness studio in Bellevue, Flywheel Fitness featuring Fly Barre, before moving to the swanky Yuan Spa for all things “Fab.” See demos, talk to instructors (including an olympic medalist!) who will demystify what “FLY” is all about, see top trends in fitness wear,  try healthy bites and sip refreshing skinny cocktails before heading to Yuan Spa next door for mini-treatments, a fab shoe show, decadent treats, what’s hot in skin care and alternatives to Botox. Event includes swag bags, door prizes, wine, the chance to connect with like-minded women, entrance to after party at Suite and more.
