Pearl Seafood & Oyster Bar, an award-winning and locally owned restaurant in the heart of Bellevue at Lincoln Square, is excited to launch Oyster Madness, the most anticipated oyster-centric event of 2017.
The four-week celebration, which launches on Monday, March 6 and runs through Sunday, April 2, 2017, is a showcase of the finest oysters from the Pacific Northwest; perfectly matched beverage pairings; tips and insights provided by an expert oysterman, along with shucking demonstrations and competitions.
Oyster Madness will offer combinations of raw, baked, fried and grilled oysters, and everything in between.
The month long celebration at Pearl will feature a rotating list of World Class beverages from the Pacific Northwest and beyond. Guests are invited to share their Oyster Madness photos on social media using #PearlOysterMadness.
On Friday, March 10th the restaurant will host an event open to the public. Complimentary oysters will be provided by Taylor Shellfish and beverage pairings from “O” Wines.
