New Openings at Lincoln Square

There’s been a flurry of new openings at the Bellevue Collection’s Lincoln Square South. And yet, there’s still much more to come. Here’s an update on what’s open and what’s still under construction.

Open now:

Nordstrom Rack opened on Sept. 7. The store is 43,000-square-feet (larger than most) and stretches over two floors. There’s women’s, men’s, and kids’ apparel along with home décor. Lots of designer clothing and discounted shoes.

Dote Coffee-Direct is a new coffee shop serving trade green coffee. There’s some yummy dessert options there too.

Cinemark Reserve Lincoln Square has those oversize recliners to sit back in. It also has a full kitchen so you can chow down while you watch your movie.

Civility & Unrest is a modern speakeasy bar with craft cocktails.

Fogo de Chao brings Southern Brazilian cuisine to Bellevue. They use the centuries-old Southern Brazilian grilling technique of churrasco.

Henry’s Tavern offers American grub with 100 beers on tap (many of them local).

Japonessa serves sushi with a little Latin flair. Go for happy hour. It’s one of the best deals in town.

The Lake House is Chef Jason Wilson’s new restaurant that uses fresh local ingredients.

W Bellevue is a modern hotel with a lake house theme. (Pssst … look for the photos of Kemper Freeman as a child in the rooms).

Wild Ginger serves fresh Asian cuisine with one heck of a wine list.

Zoom + Care offers on-demand healthcare 7 days a week, 365 days a year.

SoulCycle Bellevue is quite a cycle workout.

Opening September through November:

Ascend Prime Steak & Sushi is opening on the 31st floor of the Lincoln Square South tower in December. It’s luxury dining with a 360 view.

Baron’s Xi’an Kitchen and Bar will serve food from Xi’an and Mainland China.

Capital One Cafe will be a café where you can also take care of your banking. It will open in December.

Central Bar + Restaurant is the new endeavor of the owners of 520 Bar & Grill. It will feature a full restaurant as well as private dining areas and an outdoor patio behind the Bellevue Art Museum. It will open in October.

Duke’s Seafood and Chowder will open in September. You know the drill, fresh seafood and great chowder!

Taylor Shellfish Oyster Bar will open in October and serve oysters, Dungeness Crab and other shellfish dishes. There’s lots of anticipation for the Oyster Bar.

In November, Lincoln South Food Hall will open on the second floor featuring the following eateries:

Avo-Poke with buildable bowls, burritos, and poke.

Baguette Epicerie is a Parisian meat and cheese shop and café with soups, salads, and sandwiches.

Barrio Luchador will serve street tacos served from an airstream trailer.

Burger Brawler serves, you guessed it, burgers and hot dogs. You can get a veggie patty melt, too.

Fat & Feathers brings together Japanese Ramen and Chinese Bao sandwiches.

Crosta e Vino (C+V) will have Napoletana-style pizza made with American cured meats, aged cheese, organic stone flour and fresh local herbs.
