Yes, chocolate fans — Theo Chocolate will open up at Bellevue Square on Nov. 15, but only in the form of a holiday pop-up shop through Dec. 24. Get your holiday chocolate and stocking stuffers from 9:30am to 9:30pm, Monday through Saturday and 11am-7pm on Sunday at the Theo Chocolate pop-up shop, which is located on the first floor near JC Penney and the West parking garage.
All the Theo Chocolate bars and pre-packaged caramel collections, confection collections, gift collections and seasonal treats you can find at the Fremont store will be available in the Bellevue Square pop-up while supplies last. Don’t miss the Theo Chocolate 2013 Holiday Bar Collection in Coconut Mint, Nutcracker Brittle, Peppermint Stick and Gingerbread Spice ($4 per bar/16 for 4-bar collection). And oh yes, there will be sampling.
From Friday, Nov. 29 to Friday, Dec. 6, with a purchase of $50 or more, shoppers will receive the gift of two free Theo Chocolate Factory tour passes ($14 value). Go behind the scenes at Theo Chocolate and learn about the transformation of the cacao fruit into delicious chocolate. Theo Chocolate Factory tours are offered 7 days a week in the Fremont neighborhood of Seattle.
On Friday, Nov. 15, join Theo Chocolate at the Bellevue Square pop-up shop for a grand opening party. Meet the founders of Theo, the first Organic, Fair Trade, bean-to-bar Chocolate maker in North America and enjoy special treats straight from the confection kitchen, plus a whole new (temporary) store of full of chocolate to satisfy your sweet tooth.
