Curiosity at Home with the Pacific Science Center

The Pacific Science Center’s new virtual resource, Curiosity at Home, is providing science activities and fun for the whole family. Learning opportunities include topics like food science, hygiene and anatomy, musical journeys, and other enlightening subjects. Activities, such as learning the science behind each step and ingredient while making chocolate chip cookies or creating musical artifacts, are available through live streams, hands-on tutorials, interviews, and more. Live Stream Gaming with North Bend Theatre

Tune in on Mondays, Thursdays, and Saturdays from 2 to 5 p.m. to the North Bend Theatre for community gaming live streams. Participants get to play Smash Bros Ultimate, Mario Kart 8, and numerous others. The North Bend Theatre is also offering concessions to-go, in case you just need to get your hands on some movie theater popcorn. So sit back, relax, and enjoy some delicious snacks and a game! Learning Ballet with Dance Fremont 

Whether you have a passion for dance or want to take up a new skill during your extra free time, consider trying Dance Fremont’s weekly virtual ballet classes. Classes feature a live pianist, instruction, and feedback. Dancers from all over are joining in and participating in in the Zoom classes. Live ballet instruction occurs daily from 10 to 11:30 a.m. Additional class information here.
