Pasta-Making Class

Learn how to make fresh pasta at a virtual cooking class Sunday morning. The event is being put on by Curious Appetite and will be hosted by a Florence-based cookbook author, sommelier, and culinary journalist Patrizia Cantini. The event is part of Curious Appetite’s pasta-making series, which happens every weekend. Get tickets here.

Earth Day at UW

In light of COVID-19, the University of Washington’s Seattle campus is pivoting to a virtual approach for its annual Earth Day celebration. Although Earth Day is technically April 22, UW is offering several different festivities throughout the month. Get the full schedule here.

The Bellevue Art Museum Celebrates Earth Day

The BAM is offering another way to enjoy Earth Day. On April 17, from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., the museum is handing out craft-making kits for families at its entrance. The opportunity is supported by the City of Bellevue and the Snoqualmie Tribe. More here.
