3 to See: Spooky Drive-In, a Fundraiser for Animals, and Pottery Pumpkin Painting

Halloween Drive-In Movies

Looking for a fun family outing this Halloween season? Head to Bellevue’s Vasa Park Resort Drive-In Theater for a screening of a spooky holiday classic this weekend. Hocus Pocus will be shown Friday, Oct. 9, and Coco: Day of the Dead will be screened Saturday, Oct. 10. Visit Vasa Park’s website for tickets and a concessions menu.

LOVEBash Fundraiser

On Saturday, Oct. 10, Pasado’s Safe Haven in Monroe will live-stream its annual (and free) virtual gala event and biggest fundraiser of the year. Early bidding for experiences and items — like personal paintings of your pet — is open now. Proceeds will go toward education, advocacy, and rehabilitation for neglected animals, including pups at Pasado’s Dog Towne, a new secondary sanctuary for rescued dogs. Register for the gala and start bidding here.

Pumpkin Painting

Families can keep it simple or get creative with color on a pottery pumpkin at Color Me Mine in Snoqualmie. This weekend’s classes come with seasonal coffee, cookies, and Halloween music. Register for a time and check out details on Color Me Mine’s website.
