3 to See: Week of Aug. 1

Art in Downtown Issaquah

As we enter the last month of summer, get your fix of outdoor art in Issaquah. In August, every Thursday from 7-9 p.m. and Friday from 6-9 p.m., artists will host pop up shops during the Gas Station Blues concert series at the Historic Shell Station. Issaquah also is inviting artists to participate in the Plein Air art contest, where they’ll compete to capture flower baskets or pots on Front St. The best artwork will be decided by attendees of the Confluence Music Festival and made into t-shirts and cards to benefit the Downtown Issaquah Association.
