Vintage & Vines Street Fair

This Saturday at 11 a.m., head to Bothell’s Junction area for an afternoon of wine tasting and antique treasure hunting. Bring your own glass to taste reds and whites paired with cheese and chocolates as you sort through vintage wares. The fun continues Sunday with custom Woodinville wine itineraries and a multi-course meal from 5:30-8 p.m. Street fair tickets are free. Find more information here.

Bellwether 2019 Opening Party

Bellwether, the Bellevue Art Museum’s annual fall festival, kicks off Friday, Sept 13. A free opening party with food trucks, live performances, and a no-host bar runs from 6:30-9:30 p.m. The festivities continue through Sept 22 — find a full list of events, including workshops, pop-up fairs, and more at the  Bellwether Arts Week Website.

Welcoming Week Author Event

On Saturday at the Issaquah Library, local author Jane Isenberg will speak about her latest book from 2-3:30 p.m. Set in the Yakima Valley, Murder in the Melting Pot touches on bigotry, tolerance, and acceptance as it unravels its central mystery. This event is part of the King County Library’s Welcoming Week series, a national event to foster inclusion and unity among immigrant, refugees, and local residents.
