A Dining Experience Like No Other

Farm-to-table dining doesn’t get much dreamier than Under the Walnuts at Ecolibrium in Redmond, where guests eat meals al fresco that were created by the area’s top chefs. There are still a few Under the Walnuts dinners slated for the end of summer and early fall. The food is harvested from the field and cooked over a fire to create an experience like no other. Meals are then paired with wine for the perfect date night. Chef Justin Khanna will host Aug. 11, Abby Canfield Aug. 25, Kristen Schumacher Sept. 15, Danny Conklin Sept. 22, and a vegan meal with Kyle Bopes on Oct. 13. Tickets are $145 (plus tax and gratuity), and a dozen are $1,480.
