Bachelor Winner Catherine’s Workout Plan

Catherine Giudici at Bar Method March 2013

The cat’s out of the bag. Seattle’s own Catherine Giudici won season 17 of ABC’s The Bachelor. She is officially engaged to bachelor Sean Lowe. And with an ABC televised summer wedding on the horizon Giudici is getting in shape with the Bar Method.

“You think you’re a capable, accomplished and strong-willed person, then bam! Enter bar class and you’ll want to cry like a little girl. It is always and will always be a challenge, which is the best part,” said Giudici in her testimonial (read more here).

The Bar Method will be kicking off a 60-Day Bar Body Challenge to promote health and charity starting April 1, and Catherine is committing to taking Bar three days a week when she is in town and on DVD when is traveling.

“We want to congratulate Catherine on her impending nuptials and wish her nothing but the best,” said co-owner Luke Currier. “She brings joy in each and every day that she is in class and works very hard, all with a great sense of humor.”

Join Giudici and other brides-to-be in the challenge at South Lake Union and Redmond Town Center studios. There’s also a Bridal Package, which includes unlimited classes for 6 months, for $150 per month.
