People will soon get a glimpse into the future of The Bellevue Collection in a high-tech and flashy way. On Friday, May 9, CEO Kemper Freeman along with the Kemper Development Company showed off their new leasing office called The Studio to media and clients.
The Studio will help prospective tenants visualize The Bellevue Collection $1.2 billion expansion in a very visual way thanks to a huge video wall and more. Soon an area in Lincoln Square will showcase models of what the future apartments and hotel rooms will look like. That will be ready for the public in a few months.
The Bellevue Collection expansion is expected to break ground in July and will take a couple of years to complete. It will include a boutique hotel, luxury residences, 700,000 square feet of office space, a luxury hotel and ballroom, more high-end shops and restaurants and parking.
“The Bellevue Collection is just coming off of its strongest year ever in our 68-year history,” Freeman said. Read a more in depth article about this expansion and other Eastside projects in the May/June issue of 425 magazine, on newsstands now.
