Black Friday on the Eastside

Ah, Black Friday. The biggest shopping day of the year that people either love, or love to hate. 425Business recently reported on retail companies that will remain closed on Nov. 25. Don’t expect any sales on hiking boots at REI. The outdoor company is staying closed so employees can celebrate #OptOutside. Other stores like Nordstrom and Costco will be closed on Thanksgiving and back open on Friday.

Here’s a collection of shopping stale – both at local and national companies – to help you get a head start on the holidays.

Bellevue Square – The Bellevue Collection has not released a full list of Black Friday deals but we do know that NordstromMacy’s, and Uniqlo will be having sales.

Redmond Town Center – The shopping center is extending its holiday hours to 8 a.m. to 8 p.m on Black Friday. There will be live music, dancing, tree lighting and Santa story time. Here’s all the details on specific store sales.

Downtown Kirkland  — Downtown Kirkland is celebrating small business Saturday on Nov. 26.  Stores will be open until 8 p.m. or later.  Get the details here.

The Landing – The Landing in Renton has not released a full list of Black Friday sales at participating stores but here’s the store directory.
