Slideshow: Bras for the Cure

When Little Black Dress Events and Productions approached us and asked if we wanted to design a bra for their annual “Save the Girls” event with Movin 92.5, our response was, “heck yes!” Every year companies and individuals design bras to benefit the Susan G. Komen for the Cure Foundation. All the bras are themed. Some are pretty with flowers and rhinestones others are funny and based off a pun or a play on the word “breast.”  I knew a lot about the competition from past years and was always envious of Movin’ 92.5’s Brooke Fox’s elaborate and clever designs. So, I wanted to make a bra that was smart and funny.  I’m a word nerd, what can I say.

We brainstormed for quite awhile until our graphic designer came up with “BREASTfast in Bed.” We sewed together some felt fried eggs and bacon and strung together a “Froot Loops” bow for the front. We hope you like it!
