Many people decide to pass on alcoholic beverages for the first month of the year (or even just a week). Some say it’s a nice body reset, or detox, and helps make healthier choices easier. - 1 1/2 ounces spicy ginger syrup
- 1 ounce lemon juice
- 1/2 ounce raw honey
- Sparkling cider
- Garnish with star anise and apple wheels
Combine spicy ginger syrup, lemon juice, and honey in glass. Top with sparkling cider. Add some flair with star anise and apple wheel.
