Bye, Bye Booze: It’s Dry Martini Time

Many people decide to pass on alcoholic beverages for the first month of the year (or even just a week). Some say it’s a nice body reset, or detox, and helps make healthier choices easier. SPICED APPLE

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 ounces spicy ginger syrup
  • 1 ounce lemon juice
  • 1/2 ounce raw honey
  • Sparkling cider
  • Garnish with star anise and apple wheels

Method

Combine spicy ginger syrup, lemon juice, and honey in glass. Top with sparkling cider. Add some flair with star anise and apple wheel.
