Coffee culture is strong in the Northwest, being as much about the discovery of a new (or new-to-you) neighborhood spot as it is the buzzy brew of an espresso.
Case in point: Fall City’s quaint, century-old Prescott-Harshman House, once the home of the first telephone company, now hosts Aroma Coffee Company. A coffee house serving traditional and signature coffee drinks, as well as sweet treats, it’s a team effort that includes three female owners — Sara Cox, Kelsey Wilson, and Emily Ridout — who saw the potential in a historic building and the need for a neighborhood social space.
