Elevated Ramen at Momosan Seattle

Noodle lovers are going gah-gah over the opening of the new Momosan Seattle, a ramen and sake concept by famous Iron Chef Masaharu Morimoto in Seattle’s International District. Located inside the Publix building at 504 Fifth Ave. S., the Iron Chef’s hot new spot is serving up ramen so many ways, as well as duck tacos, sticky ribs, duck fat French fries, seared jellyfish with yuzu soy, and much more. Dinner is served nightly from 5 to 11 p.m., and lunch service is next on the agenda.
