Enjoy a Chef-Studded Meal at Lumen Field

SE Productions and Lumen Field have joined to launch a new outdoor dining experience unlike any other. The dining series, Field to Table, has worked with local chefs and restaurateurs to create a unique opportunity that turns the field into a giant outdoor dining room where the public gets to enjoy an on-field four-course dinner within covered and heated outdoor spaces.

Chefs will curate a prix-fixe four-course meal with the choice of a meat/seafood-based option or a vegetarian option. Groups of two to six people from a maximum of two households can enjoy an open-air outdoor dining experience. Masks will be required when not seated and all tables will be safely distanced from others. Seatings are available at 5:15 p.m. and 8:30 p.m.

The first experience launched on Feb. 18 with Chef Jason Wilson of The Lakehouse and Roy Breiman of Columbia Hospitality. The rotating chef lineup includes:

  • Matt Lewis (Where Ya at Matt) — Feb. 19
  • Sabrina Tinsley (Osteria la Spiga) — Feb. 25-26
  • Dre Neeley (Gravy on Vashon) — Feb. 28
  • Maximilian Petty (Eden Hill) — March 3
  • Jason Stoneburner (Stoneburner) — March 4
  • John Sundstrom (Lark) — March 5
  • Trey Lemont (Jerk Shack) — March 6
  • Liz Kenyon (Rupee Bar & Manolin) — March 7

All dinner reservations are prepaid online, where you can view the menu and select your culinary journey. Make your reservation and check out the developing chef lineup by visiting the website. The menu will be priced at $100 per person plus tax and service charge, with alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages available for purchase through contactless, cashless ordering on-site.

“We’re beyond excited to partner with Lumen Field to offer a dining series that not only benefits our chef partners and industry professionals but also provides consumers an opportunity to experience outdoor dining in a true one-of-a-kind environment,” Sam Minkoff, founder of SE Productions, said in a release. “We’re proud to leverage the massive footprint of the football field and operational infrastructure to ensure that we exceed spacing and distancing requirements as well as all local, state, and national guidance.”
