Whether you’re a beginner looking to learn new skills or an avid home cook looking for more inspiration, our Culinary Classes are perfect for those with an appetite for learning. These intimate classes cover a range of topics from the building blocks of cooking to incorporating seasonal flavors year-round, all lead by the Salish Culinary Team. You’ll leave the class with a Culinary Adventures apron and recipes to recreate your masterpieces at home.

Spring & Summer Jam Series
Delight in the bounty of spring and summer by learning to make homemade jam. Start from scratch and go step-by-step through the fruitful process with our culinary team, ending each class with freshly-made jam, ready to take home and enjoy. Choose from strawberry, blueberry, raspberry, and blackberry, or try them all!

Class includes seasonal lunch, recipe cards, and your own to take home.
