If you have already savored the elevated nitro ice cream experience FogRose began serving when it opened in 2018, then you will be excited to taste its expanded offerings. The experience begins when you walk into the door, with white marble dining tops, plush velvet chairs, and brass hardware. The space was designed by Shelby Hart of Strata Architects and furnished by local artisans at Creoworks. Magic is being made in the open kitchen, like house-made charcoal pasta with roasted squash and topped with a runny quail egg, basil oil, and shaved Parmesan. Couture desserts like their Russian Ballerina, a pavlova topped with seasonal fruits, Chantilly and citrus creams, kiwi sauce, and olive oil ice cream, will make you want to twirl. And the cocktails are just as creative as the rest of the menu — food stylists have made sure everything is as pretty as it is tasty. It’s an Instagrammer’s dream!
