Let’s Go to a Show!
Seattle’s Broadway at the Paramount has announced new dates for upcoming shows, and it’s already making us dream of getting dressed up and going to a performance! Live shows are set to begin in October with Jesus Christ Superstar. Also coming is six weeks of Hamilton. For more information click here.
Fun Virtual Opportunities
We are always looking for awesome virtual opportunities to share with our readers, but there are two we are particularly jazzed about right now. On Feb. 25, Duke’s Seafood is hosting a virtual wine dinner that features four courses and four wine tastes with Master Sommelier Thomas Price. (Reserve your spot here.) You can also get tickets to reserve a beauty box for Still Spa’s virtual Spring Fling & Spa Things. The box, which will be sent to your home, will allow you to enjoy a relaxing night in with a rejuvenating facial.
Pints for PPE
Elysian Brewing has a new Pints for PPE program. The brewery has partnered with TerraCycle, a waste management company that helps the community recycle single-use personal protective equipment. Most masks and gloves are not approved for traditional recycling bins, so Elysian installed TerraCycle Zero Waste Boxes specifically designed for single-use masks and gloves at its Capitol Hill brewpub location. That way, PPE can be processed into raw materials rather than go into a landfill. Anyone who recycles PPE will get a $7 gift card redeemable at the pub.
Hyatt Wants You to Stay In
The Hyatt Regency Lake Washington in Renton has a family-fun package that is a creative and fun distraction from everyday life. Enjoy an in-room glamping experience with an in-room teepee, s’more kits for kids, wine for parents, and more treats. Or leave the kids at home and enjoy the Spa-tacular Spa-cation, which comes with a spa credit, sparkling wine, and bath salts, and a 2 p.m. checkout.

Let’s Make Snow Angels
Snow is in the forecast this weekend and we are crossing our fingers for some snowball fights, snowman building, safe sledding, and hot chocolate (spiked with Bailey’s for the adults). If it doesn’t snow, here are some places where you likely can find the white stuff and get cozy.
