High-End Bellevue Salon Expands to Issaquah

Bellevue’s upscale Chromatique Salon will be opening a new location in Issaquah’s Gilman Village, Oct 1. The salon’s second location will continue to offer a full range of salon and spa services – including make-up application, blow outs, waxing, facials, body treatments, and lash extensions – which Chromatique customers have come to enjoy.

Additionally, patrons will be able to browse a large display of luxury beauty brands like Oribe Beauty products, R+Co. hair products, and Smith and Cult nail lacquer.

Samantha Lawrence, Chromatique owner and stylist, chose Issaquah due to overwhelming requests from Issaquah-based patrons braving Bellevue traffic just to get a simple blow out from their favorite high-end salon.

“I feel there is a definite void of high-end salons in the (Issaquah) area and am excited to bring some fresh ideas and services with the opening of Chromatique,” she said. “I wanted to offer a fun environment for women to go get a glass of wine with their girlfriends and get pampered without having to fight traffic or venture too far from home in the middle of a busy day.”

Whether guests are transplants from the Bellevue location or Issaquah natives, they will feel right at home in the lofty 2,000 square-foot space which boasts hardwood floors and Chromatique’s signature minimalist white and gold accents made to put guests at ease.

c3“We want our clients to feel like they are a guest in our home and give them the best service and ultimate treatment,” Lawrence said.

In the short time since Chromatique has set up shop in Gilman Village, Lawrence said she feels right at home among the other businesses in the area.

“Gilman Village is the perfect fit for us because it is a community of mostly woman business owners and it is very family friendly; we love the type of client (the area) attracts and believe we will bring an array of sought after services and products,” Lawrence said.

Bellevue-based Chromatique fans have nothing to fear, Lawrence assures Chromatique Bellevue isn’t going anywhere anytime soon. “We’re looking forward to becoming a part of the Issaquah community while maintaining our roots in Bellevue,” she said.

The new salon at 317 NW Gilman Blvd is open Monday through Saturday from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. and Sunday from noon to 6 p.m. For more information visit Chromatique Salon’s website.
