The chocolate geniuses behind JCOCO chocolate have done it again. The company recently released a minimal-ingredient 80 percent dark chocolate bar with beans originating from the Matagalpa region in Nicaragua, and a Middle Eastern-spice-inspired dark chocolate bar. The bold 80 percent dark chocolate bar has fruity notes “beginning with raisin and evolving into a bright grapefruit finish,” according to JCOCO. The boharat Middle Eastern spice bar is 60 percent dark chocolate with hints of cumin, black peppercorn, cinnamon, and cloves. The boharat spice, for which the bar is named, is common in Middle Eastern dishes.
