Since the iconic Kirkland Performance Center opened its doors in 1998, more than 800,000 patrons have walked through its doors; acts ranging from ax-juggling lumber jacks to Grammy award-winning singers have graced its stage.
The continued success of the 402-seat theater is due largely in part to the continued support of patrons from Kirkland and beyond. In that spirit, KPC will be hosting a Beatles-themed benefit entitled Come Together for the KPC on Feb. 24 with proceeds from the night going to support the 2016-17 presented season along with educational programming.
The event will feature Kirkland-based Beatles tribute band Crème Tangerine, who will perform the Beatles’ iconic Abbey Road in its entirety. The night will also include pre-concert festivities in the lobby where patrons can enjoy a vast array of Champagne and appetizers as well as participate in Beatles-themed activities.
General tickets are $75, $30 of which is tax deductible as a donation to the KPC. The party starts at 6:30 p.m. and the show begins at 8 p.m. For tickets and more information, visit KPC online.
