South Korea’s largest hotel chain has reached the Emerald City with its Lotte Hotel Seattle set to open its doors in June.
The opening will mark Lotte Hotels & Resorts’ 31st branch in the world and only its second in the United States.
Lotte Hotel Seattle will be located in the F5 Tower, 801 Fifth Avenue in downtown Seattle. The 44-story hotel will have 189 guest rooms, including 31 suites. World-renowned French industrial designer Philippe Starck is in charge of the interior design.
Backed by its successful operations in the hospitality industry, Lotte Hotels & Resorts has made forays into overseas markets. Starting with Lotte Hotel Moscow, established in 2010, the corporation is now a global hotel brand comprising 30 hotels and resorts in major cities in seven countries, including New York in the United States, Hanoi in Vietnam, and Yangon in Myanmar.
