A multi-million dollar home is on the market in Bellevue, which isn’t out of the ordinary, but this home sale’s proceeds will help the life-saving work of St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
Bellevue-based builder John Buchan Homes along with its subcontractors and vendors donated labor and materials to build the 4,911 square foot, multi-million dollar house. The profits of the sale will benefit St. Jude Children’s Hospital.
The house has four bedrooms, four bathrooms, fitness and theater rooms, a wine room, we bar, spa shower, and other luxury amenities. The public got a preview last weekend.
“It’s been an amazing journey helping develop this new frontier in fundraising for St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. We are blessed with a talented team and amazing trade partners who got behind us 110 percent on this project and are proud of what we’ve accomplished. We hope visitors love what we’ve created and learn more about how St. Jude impacts our local region. Building a home has never been this rewarding,” said Heather Dosch, CEO at John Buchan Homes.
The home, located at 2417 105th Ave NE in Bellevue, is now open for tours.
