Ethan Stowell’s Marine Hardware in Ballard has a new chef. Michael Genardini took over and is changing up the menu at the restaurant that will now be open every night. Genardini comes from Stowell’s Tavolata in Belltown. The new Marine Hardware menu will feature Italian-inspired dishes including tagliarini, gnocchi, chicken liver mousse, and beef carpaccio. The wine list will be driven by Northwest and Italian wines. Happy hour will be from 4-6 p.m. nightly, featuring pastas, a burger, small plates, and drinks under $10.
