Lewis is a happy and handsome 2-year-old Pit Bull/Basset Hound mix with a goofy smile and a playful personality. This sweet boy loves to run around and chase after tennis balls and stuffed toys. He’ll pounce after the toy and then toss it back up in the air — it’s adorable!
He would love an adopter to run around and have fun with, in order to get all his energy out. Lewis already knows how to “sit” and “lay down,” and he’s ready to learn all his new tricks and skills with the help of some tasty snacks. He’s a smart boy who is very treat motivated.
Lewis is looking for a home (no apartments please) with a securely fenced in yard, as he can be nervous about seeing other dogs while on walks. He would do best as the only pet in the home, and with kids over the age of 10.
Lewis is looking for an adopter who can give him all the love and attention he deserves. This lovable, playful, and goofy boy can’t wait to find his forever home. If you’d like to meet him, visit his adoption page and stop by the shelter today!
