Pop-up shops are our favorite things to visit during our holiday shopping excursions. These temporary retail spaces often have special products specific to the season or items you can’t find anywhere else. This season, Bellevue Square has three different pop-up shops for customers to add to their shopping itinerary: Anko, Fuego, and Darigold.
Yes, you read that last one right: Darigold has a pop-up shop. To celebrate its 100-year anniversary — and for the very first time ever — it’s opening a physical store to engage with its customers. You’ll be able to find exclusive, limited-time products at the shop; including Darigold’s FRESH Cookbook, eggnog ice cream from a collaboration between Darigold and Full Tilt Ice Cream, and a special 100-year anniversary blend coffee by Café Vita. The store will be featuring these items and more through Jan. 6.
The other two stores will be open through the holidays as well. Anko’s pop-up promises to provide products of every style and for everyone on your list. You’ll find toys, décor, pet accessories, and home goods, to name a few. Anko was founded on the idea of providing products that elevate day-to-day life at affordable prices. Fuego, the northwest-founded store, is the place for white elephant gifts. They have rows and rows of novelty items, as well as jewelry and apparel. We especially love their sock collection. The close date of these pop-ups isn’t concrete, but they’ll be open at least until early January.
So, make your list, check it twice, and head to the Bellevue Square while these shops are still around. bellevuecollection.com
