Slideshow: Redhook’s Revamped Summer Hangout

Redhook Brewery in Woodinville is ready for summer with its newly-renovated Forecasters Pub. Forcasters expanded their patio and menu to prepare for the droves of diners that will no doubt take advantage of this fun summer hang-out. The revamped menu includes the full line-up of Redhook’s craft brews, including their seasonal varieties, as well as a few “guest” beers and hard ciders from other breweries. Oh, and there’s food, too! Forecasters amplifies standard pub-grub, with their fried cheese curds, ESB burger, smoked turkey legs, BBQ pulled-pork sandwich, and—if you can even imagine it—bacon chocolate cheesecake. From Redhook’s bold and refreshing Long Hammer IPA to their dark and creamy Double Black Stout, you’re sure to find the perfect brew to pair with your meal. Forecasters has more than just food and drink to provide, however, with fun Tuesday Night Trivia and Poker Sundays scheduled just about every week. Redhook’s Woodinville brewery has more to offer as well, with rooms available for private parties, $1 brewery tours, and the summertime Moonlight Cinema Series, where “beer lovers congregate to drink cold Redhooks with their friends and watch movies on the giant outdoor screen.” No reservations are taken during the summer, so it may be hard to beat the crowds on a sunny day.
