Who doesn’t love to eat? If you’re down for any kind of nosh-centered event, you’ll want to check out the second-annual America’s Test Kitchen Seattle Eats event on Nov. 8-9.
America’s Test Kitchen is a state-of-the-art facility based in Boston and employs more than 50 full-time chefs obsessively testing and tweaking recipes, as well as cookware and ingredients.
The Seattle event brings together some all-star, local chefs and culinary leaders who will offer tastings, cooking demonstrations, book signings, and more. The line-up includes Tom Douglas, Elizabeth Kenyon, and Mitch Mayers, as well as restaurants such as Dahlia Lounge and Ascend Prime Steak & Sushi.
