SEVEN luxury hair salon brought the drama and creativity to the Bellevue Fashion Week runway Sunday evening.
“This is for those who believe hair is an accessory and not a given,” said Lindsay Hostetter, SEVEN styist and event emcee. “We’re here to celebrate and inspire you. Hair has the ability to define who you are, and bring your inner beauty out.”
The night featured five distinct collections, each accompanied by local clothing designers: Built for Man, Jaclyn DeMarco and Chelsea Mack.
Woven throughout the event were stark asymmetrical styles, romantic boufonts, and sleek pulled-back looks shot with electric color.
The crowd responsed with applause to combinations of bright clothes combined with bright hair. The models brought the attitude and sass to properly carry the croppeand edgy styles.
A collection featuring romantic evening wear juxtaposed with tough leather and roughly teased hair brought applause and cheers from the audience.
Hostetter said SEVEN stylists from California, Oregon and Washington participated in the runway hair show, and Jacklyn Beith served as creative director. Models were provided by TCM Models.
