The thirst for spiked or hard seltzers — lightly flavored carbonated water with a hit of alcohol — has not ended with summer. Ethan Stowell Restaurants has partnered with San Juan Seltzer, the area’s first hard seltzer company, to open a taproom and full restaurant in SoDo neighborhood in Seattle. Twelve seltzers are available on tap, flavored with Pacific Northwest fruit, as well as seltzer-mixed cocktails. The menu consists of seasonal small plates, including a kids’ menu, so it’s a family-friendly spot. The San Juan Seltzery Taproom, Kitchen & Bar is located at 3901 First Ave. S., Seattle.
