Hearth restaurant in Kirkland is opening later this spring, bringing with it a reimagined, farm-to-table experience. Located inside The Heathman Hotel, Hearth will pair seasonal ingredients with imaginative gastronomic creations by Executive Chef Adam Johnson. With a large hearth oven serving as the focal point of the restaurant, the creators hope that Hearth will serve as a community gathering place as well as a new, local favorite.
