Sip & Savor: A Farmer’s Market, A “Yappy” Hour, and Whiskey Day

Bellevue Farmers Market

Every Thursday the Bellevue Farmers Market features local vendors offering seasonal fruits, vegetables, cut flowers, fresh meats, artisan goods, and specialty cuisine. The market walk-through has been modified to meet all health and safety regulations for COVID-19, and many businesses now offer pre-order pickups. Check out the BFM Facebook page for more information.

Yappy Hour

Dock and Drink are partnering with Tito’s Vodka to host a weekly “Yappy Hour” to support Seattle’s furry friends in need. Doggy-themed drinks include Moscow Mutt, Gray-hound, and Pure Bread. For every Tito’s drink purchased, $1 will be donated to the Seattle Humane Society. Check out event details here.

Seattle World Whiskey Day

Seattle World Whiskey Day is an event benefitting Havens Community Connections, a domestic violence prevention non-profit based in Redmond. The third-ever Seattle World Whiskey Day was originally planned for May 16. Due to COVID-19, though, the event was rescheduled for Sept. 12. If you already purchased tickets for May, you are all set to go this weekend. Tickets are also transferable if you cannot attend the event on the 12th. For more information on the rescheduled event, visit here.
