Michelin Star Chef to Open New Restaurant

Michelin star chef and restaurateur Michael Mina recently announced his newest Bourbon Steak restaurant will officially open in downtown Seattle this fall. The restaurant will focus on seasonal, regional ingredients and all-natural, organic, and hormone-free beef cuts tempered in herb-infused butter and wood-grilled to order. Bourbon Steak will also be home to some of Seattle’s freshest seafood and shellfish with shipments arriving daily. Bourbon Steak will be located in the Joshua Green building at 1433 4th Ave, Seattle. Stoup Brewing Kenmore Now Open
