Sip & Savor: Airport Pop-Ups, Cheese Charcuteries, and Easter Dinners

New Airport Pop-Up

Local chef Kathy Casey is bringing a new pop-up Shot Bar to the Seattle-Tacoma Airport. At this quick-serve counter (which follows social-distancing regulations), passengers can order chilled spirits to go. Shot Bar is the first of its kind to open at a U.S. airport. Shot Bar is the newest edition of Casey restaurants in the airport; others include Rel’Lish Burger Lounge, Lucky Louie Fish Shack, and Dish D’Lish. 

Easter Sunday Menu

Daniel’s Broiler has a special Easter Sunday dinner menu waiting for you. This three-course meal comes with your choice of creamy clam chowder, a caesar salad, or lobster bisque for a starter. Filet mignon and lobster tail make for a perfect pair with garlic mashed potatoes, plus cheesecake or French macarons to top it off. Wit Cellars Charcuteries

Corks and Canvas is leading a special Easter event at Wit Cellars. On April 1, learn how to make a professional Charcuterie platter with expert chefs and fellow cheese-lovers. Supplies include a cheese board, food supplies, cheese knife, and gloves. After you’ve assembled your platter, take it home to share with family, or stick around and enjoy your creation with wine and new friends. Tinte Cellars 

Tinte Cellars is celebrating Taste Washington, Washington Wine Month, and April Fool’s Day with a lively and social virtual blind tasting event on April 1. During weeks three and four of Taste Washington, participants will learn to pair Tinte Cellars wines with lentil curry stew and pork and orange ragu.
