Sip & Savor: Cider To-Go Tasting Kits, In-Car Dining, and a Virtual Spanish Cooking Class

CiderCon Festival To-Go Tasting Kits

Cider Summit is accepting pre-orders for its latest Festival To-Go Tasting Kits made available in conjunction with CiderCon, the premier conference for cidermakers put on by the American Cider Association. You have until Jan. 15 to order Cider Summit’s CiderCon Tasting Kits at CiderSummit.com, with pickup, delivery, and shipping available the week of Feb. 1.

In-Car Dining in Kirkland

The City of Kirkland recently rolled out In-Car Dining, a pilot program to support local restaurants. Diners can park in one of the designated In-Car Dining parking spaces and use the QR code located on parking signs to access the landing page with links to participating restaurants. Each restaurant will indicate whether it offers delivery to your car or if food can be picked up at the location. In-Car Dining offers one hour of free parking in the Lakeshore Plaza parking lot while you enjoy your food.

Virtual Spanish Cooking Class

Lynnwood travel agency Anywhere But Here Travel, Inc., is hosting a virtual Spanish cooking class on Jan. 9 via Zoom. This free class will show you how to make Tortilla Española (Spanish egg and potato omelet). To register for the presentation, click here.
