Braising Master Class in Snoqualmie

Just because the holidays have come to a close doesn’t mean the beautiful meals have to end. From 5 to 8 p.m. on Sunday, Heirloom Cookshop in Snoqualmie is offering a master class on braising. The menu boasts fennel braised pork with creamy braised endive, cumin braised chicken thighs for burrito bowls with braised black beans and rice, and chicken stock. Tickets are $105 and can be purchased here.
