Braising Master Class in Snoqualmie
Just because the holidays have come to a close doesn’t mean the beautiful meals have to end. From 5 to 8 p.m. on Sunday, Heirloom Cookshop in Snoqualmie is offering a master class on braising. The menu boasts fennel braised pork with creamy braised endive, cumin braised chicken thighs for burrito bowls with braised black beans and rice, and chicken stock.
