Free Drinks at Mercurys Coffee Co.
Mercurys Coffee Co. is celebrating the re-opening of its original location by offering free drinks all day on Friday, June 18. In 2016, the original drive-through coffee stand was closed after 18 years due to a road-widening project. Stop by between 4:30 a.m. and 9 p.m. for a free 8 or 12 oz. drink. Visit Mercurys’ website here for more information.
Dads & Drafts
This weekend, 5 Rights Brewing Co. is celebrating Father’s Day with a special family-friendly event. From June 18-20, “Dads & Drafts” will feature 10 visiting breweries, food trucks, and kettle corn. Plus, The Creamery Co. will present a dessert station with treats crafted from a variety of 5 Rights beer. Get tickets and learn more here.
Taste of the World
Experience foods from different cultures at “Taste of the World,” a grab-and-go event by Refugees Northwest on Saturday, June 19, from 2-4 p.m. This fundraiser celebrates refugee cultures in the community and supports Refugees Northwest’s work to help refugees and asylees rebuild their lives. Tickets include coupons to five different food vendors: Theary’s Cambodian Foods, Taste of Congo, Afella Jollof Catering, Soozveen, and WUHA Ethiopian American Cuisine. Also available for purchase are wine options from Three of Cups and the Taste of The World cookbook, which includes family recipes from all over the world. Grab your tickets here.
