Sip & Savor: It’s Cocktail Week

Get Your Tickets for Seattle Cocktail Week

Seattle Cocktail Week is upon us, and it will be here before you know it. The region’s largest celebration of spirits will be returning for its second year on March 1-8. This year will offer even more spirits and specialty cocktails than before.

Sixty-six locations throughout Seattle and the Eastside will be participating in the event. Each participating bar will create unique cocktails and even some zero-proof versions.

On March 7, the Cocktail District will be featuring 100 brands and 3,000 spirits. Tickets for this event will be $45 and can be purchased here. You also will have the chance to experience pop-up cocktail bars, live music, tasting areas, and food trucks.

A Simple Sunday Cassoulet

Cold weather calls for a hot, tasty meal with little prep time. We pulled this oldy-but-goody from our archives with 425 contributor Danielle Kartes telling you a faster way to prepare this French classic stew. Spoiler alert, the way she makes it takes two hours versus three days, which means you can kick back and relax while your stove does all the work. Find the recipe here.
