Located right below the big, bright “Carlson’s” sign, this 1900-era brick building that once housed a hotel, bar, and café now fires up drool-worthy pizzas topped with fresh ingredients. The unmistakable speckled char of a wood-fired crust gives the pizza a smoky bite.
