The gym blues have yet to kick in as we strive toward healthier version of ourselves in the new year, so why not support a good cause while breaking a sweat? Impact Strength & Performance in Bellevue is hosting its first Sweat For Healing series with $10 classes, with all the proceeds benefiting First Aid Arts, a local nonprofit that offers art-based healing resources to trauma victims and those who support them.
From Jan. 8-13, the gym will host a daily 6:30 p.m. community workout Monday through Friday and a 10 a.m. boot camp on Saturday.
