Kirkland’s Northwest Cellars Offers Wine, Paint, and Pets

Do you have a furry friend that’s just so adorable? Then the Paint Your Pet event taking place this Sunday at Northwest Cellars in Kirkland could be for you! Bring a clear headshot of your animal friend and the rest — including paint supplies, apron, and instruction — will be provided. Wine will be available for purchase by the glass or bottle. Held from 1-3 p.m. on Sunday, Feb. 23, tickets are $35 and can be purchased at this link.

Spend the Weekend Strumming at Bellevue’s Bluegrass Festival

The award-winning festival, Wintergrass, is back and celebrating bluegrass music all weekend long with workshops, jam sessions, and music education. The festival also will be showcasing Bluegrass Without Borders, featuring acclaimed and emerging bluegrass bands from around the globe. Full STEAM Ahead at the Bellevue Arts Museum

The Bellevue Arts Museum invites you to use your imagination to transform everyday, recyclable materials into fun, STEAM-inspired (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, Math) designs. Also, a special visit from Mikey Mike the Rad Scientist will take place at 12:30 p.m. in the forum. This free event will take place from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. this Saturday, Feb. 22.
