A veteran of Chef Dupar’s culinary staff, Juan Núñez shares his family recipe for tamales, a Christmastime staple for many. Three different flavors are available: chicken chile verde, pork chile rojo, and jalapeño cheese. Each is sold by the half dozen with a minimum order of one dozen. Mix and match as you please. Juan’s popular salsa is included, but you can order more as well as sweet treats like flan or Mexican eggnog. Place orders three days in advance. Sides of winter vegetables served multiple ways and a sweet finish with four different dessert options will surely welcome a long winter’s nap.
