TRACE, the fine dining restaurant located at W Seattle, is rebranding as TRACE Market. This change follows the pandemic-driven shift in dining habits of both visitors and locals, as well as expanding a commitment towards sustainability with recycle/reuse initiatives to offset global waste.
The space continues to serve breakfast and lunch, with menus driven by more seasonal-dependent ingredients, as well as signature dishes that feature artisan products made in and around Seattle. A new street-side entrance along Fourth Avenue gives people direct access to experience the mercantile mood of TRACE Market, which has an extensive selection of prepared meals like sandwiches, salads, and entrees. These high-quality, grab-and-go eats are ideal for folks returning to the city for work, or simply the joy of being out and about in Seattle again. Plans are being made to hold regular pop-up events, featuring the Market producers for in-person demos.
TRACE Market opens to the public on July 15. It’s located inside W Seattle at 1112 4th Avenue. Open seven days a week, serving breakfast and lunch. More at traceseattle.com.
