TruFusion Washington (you know the gym in Bellevue co-owned by Russell Wilson) is offering free access to online classes — so you can get your sweat on in the comfort of your own living room. Beginners and elite athletes alike will stay in shape with daily live sessions from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m.
On-demand classes include: HIIT, bootcamp, Pilates, barre, circuit training and several yoga classes. You’ll notice a lot of popular local instructors, too.
“In this time of uncertainty, it’s my privilege to continue to inspire everyone to put in work to achieve (their) goals, even if life looks very different,” said Wilson. “That’s why we are happy to provide two weeks of free TruFusion virtual workouts to everyone in Washington state.”
TruFusion opened in Bellevue last year. A Ballard location was set to open in March before COVID-19 changed its timeline. In early March, the TruFusion team of instructors began shooting a line-up of in-studio classes in order to go digital and meet its members at home. Now through April 8, TruFusion classes are available for free in an effort to support the community in staying strong, physically and mentally.
“As we weather this health crisis, we’re going to bring the same enthusiasm, support, and fitness quality to everyone in a way they can access in today’s environment” said Gabe Goldberg, chief marketing officer at TruFusion Washington. “Since the community can’t come to us, we want to bring the community to everyone.”
